want advise for apartment and a roommate

Hi, I'm Zee. I'm from Bangkok,Thailand.

I'm going to study for a master in UCSC in Milan this coming September 2016.

I would like to ask for advise or any matter suggestions due to accommodation.

Also if it is possible to find a roommate.
