I am surprised your study abroad department did not mention anything about Health insurance to you. You might want to check back with them....... If they are not sure what to tell ya, you could look into getting insurance with Cultural Insurance Services International. This is the insurance that my school required me to purchase before I go abroad.

Does any one need anotehr person to share an apartement or something? lol It's sooooo hard to find one by only using the internet. I have less then 5 weeks to find a place!!

Hi guys!
I'm also going to study in Liege at september (Ulg) but I don't know how to find accomodation.. I've been looking through the internet but I guess I have to be there to look at the kots and decide. I also considered the option of going some days to the Youth hostel since I find the kot but I still don't know...
Do you have any other ideas?

Thanks!!

Miriam, I think I'll do that as well. I just hope there will still have available kots for us! lol

Im finding it impossible to find accommodation... looks like me and my friend will be sleeping on the streets!! :(

don't worry you can always go to hostel for a few days and you'll definitely find something :P
if you find it impossible let us know we will definitely help you ;)

Guys, do you have any idea we are going to be spending with food/month while living in Belgium? I'm not a heavy eater, but I don't like to be hungry either! lol Just making my budget plan right now. If anybody have this info, or have lived there already, please let me know!
Thanks!!!!!! :)

how much we are going to be spending****

I put about 60-80 Euro's for one months of groceries. This is not including eating out and other food related expenditures.

There is a link below that gives you some daily living prices. Its not much, but its something.
