Somebody did medicine on Erasmus in Bari? Or is going from September?

ciao tutti!
I am from Slovakia and I have the opportunity to go to Bari from September to February. Had anyone had any problém please with subjects? Im a bit affraid if I will be able to pass the subject I need to get it valued back in Slovakia then.
