Ciao! My name is Penelope and I am a native Italian. I speak and write English at professional level (C2) I have been an English private tutor for several years, both through individual private lessons and in high schools. I have a background in translation and interpreting and I am very passionate about the language world: I have lived in US, UK, Russia and France, and learned the languages of these countries up to C2 level. I currently work as a freelancer between the language teaching world and the event management world, which allows me to tutor students with Italian, English and French courses. My lessons are highly personalized and tailored to the needs and expectations of my students. I usually follow a main scheme of grammar topics, then tailor each lesson to make it as relevant and fun as possible, especially in terms of vocabulary. I am an extremely empathic teacher, given my experience in learning languages and facing all the challenges involved, especially when it comes to speaking!
