Trouble finding apartment.

Hello, we are three students  in Seville looking for an apartment, but we have been having difficulties. We have searched on the typical sites, but many do not respond in the emails. Most of the houses are uploaded through real estate agencies. 

Do anyone know if it's a good idea to search through an agency? Or any tips? We went to one and they wanted 340euros for the agency fees.

Hi, avoid the agencies that ask for a comission for showing/searching

I have long experience with travellers, students, previously interested in cultural/language exchange

If someone have the same problem, maybe I could provide some help 

Don't discard beside areas  that provide good communication, cultural events and even a relaxed atmosphere when is required for studying
