Hi!
I am a french student and I will come at the university CVU of Prague from september to february. I will come with an other student of my school and we are looking for a flat. But we would like to find some students in order to share the flat. So if some people would like to be our roomates, in order to have a big flat in towncenter, please tell me.
I am waiting for your answers

@deniz
WTF??? what are you gonna do in that date? are yo gonna stay in prague 4ever? hahah
@Theo
i might consider your offer,but i was thinking to stay in hostivar firstly,because you can meet new friends and then you can move to a flat maybe after a month. we shouldn't be far away from the crew dude,what do you think?
Théo Pomet Yazılan 13 yıl önce
I have a problem, because if I accept the offer of the accomodation's university I can't leave this one until the end of semester. But you right, meet some friends and then move to a flat is the best choice I think..

Hi Théo, I guess you're going to study at CTU? So your dormitory would be Strahov... I don't think there's a problem if you want to leave it earlier, you have to pay some extra money (not very much I think) and then you can leave. At least I think it's the same as in Hostivar.
Çağatay Özdemir Yazılan 13 yıl önce
It's not the same in Hostivar. You just have to pay for a month. I will study in MUP but i wanna live in Hostivar. I will talk to them to be able to stay there. My friends who are living in hostivar,study in MUP. they told me it's no problem if you bring a file from your university to hostivar.

Théo: passage from agreement you ll sing with drom Strahov
"(4) If a foreign exchange student announces her/his withdrawal from the accommodation not less than 30 calendar days before leaving the CTU SÚZ dormitory, her/his deposit of 5000,- Kč will be returned (except in cases when damage toward the accommodator or some other offence has been determined). In other cases, if she/he does not give the required notice, or leaves the CTU SÚZ dormitory without giving notice, the deposit will be left in favour of the accommodator. This does not refer to the final month of the validity of this agreement. The deposit account will be settled on the day when the accommodation comes to an end."

Hey Çağatay Özdemir!! are you going to MUP next year right? so what do we have to do to live in Hostivar? because I have been sending e-mails to everybody there this week and nobody answered!! I will study in MUP as well, Anglophone studies, and what about you???
Théo Pomet Yazılan 13 yıl önce
Thank you for your answers! But, this is the email I've received:
"
Please note that when you sign your Accommodation Agreement, you sign it for the whole period of your stay. If you decide to leave the dormitory before the end of the Accommodation Agreement, e.g. to move into private accommodation or to return home early, you are breaking your Accommodation Agreement. The Central Accommodation Service (SUZ) will therefore not return your deposit of Kc 5 000,- (approx. EUR 200).
Have in mind that when you sign the Accommodation Agreement after arriving in Prague you must pay a deposit of Kc 5 000,- which is not returnable if you decide to leave the dormitory before the end of the Agreement.
"
So, I don't want to loose this deposit. And I am still looking for any roomates if someone is interested..!! Indeed, I think it could be interesting to have different nationalities in the same flat...and to partying :D

Hey Melisa! yes im going to MUP next year for whole semester. I haven't do anything for Hostivar yet. But a friend of mine is studying in MUP now,he said that if we make our coordinator Martina to delete Hotel Bridge from our list and if we get a file from MUP that prove that we study in MUP,hostivar accept us to stay there,and i heard that we just give deposit for a month. That's what i heard. So im not hurry to communicate wtih hostivar. After i get acceptence letter from MUP i will figure it out and let you know what we're gonna do. btw i will study international relations. which semester are going to Prague?
@ Theo, if the Hostivar acceptence process is not like how i mentioned above, we can start to search a flat together bro ahaha. do you have any friendswith you ?
