young professional in the mid twenties rents a room in the heart of Vistalegre. The appartment has 3 rooms, you can choose the one you want from the two available ones, although I wouldnt mind being just two and have a spare room for visitors or whatever. The appartment has just been renovated so all the furniture is new. Its a 4th floor with elevator, air conditioning and a lot of light. There is a Dia supermarket in the same street and a Mercadona one 5 minutes away. Its a nice area and not noisy at all. It is also close to the bus stop, the streetcar and a short walking distance to the city center.

Im a female who works at the University of Murcia. Responsible, clean, friendly, easy going and flexible. I have lived abroad several times and understand how being in a different country can be. I also speak a little bit of German and understand some French.

Looking for someone in the same age range or worker or student in the last course/PhD with a similar lifestyle. Responsible, clean, easy going and flexible. I want a good atmosphere over all.

Alquilo habitación/es en Avenida Don Juan de Borbón ,la Flota.Piso nuevo.
Justo al bajar, está la parada del 39C para subir al campus de Espinardo (pasan más autobuses también), y está muy cerca del centro y La Merced (5min). El piso consta de: cocina, galería y patio de luces, salón comedor, 1 aseo y 1 baño compartido. Hay 3 habitaciones ahora mismo disponibles, donde 1 de ellas tiene baño individual.
Todas las habitaciones, comedor, ..etc da a exterior, por lo que el piso es muy luminoso.

El precio es de 255€ con GASTOS INCLUÍDOS: luz, agua, gas y comunidad.
Hay posibilidad de tener internet.
El precio de la habitación con baño individual es 270€
