Looking for a room urgently in Gent

I'm an erasmus exchange PhD student from Mongolia and I am going to study at the Faculty of Bioscience Engineering. I'm looking for a single room in a shared flat with other people. I will stay in Gent from September 2014 till February 2015.

I would like the maximum price to be 400 € (if it has bills included better).
