Erasmus Granada 2012 / 2013 (English)

Hi everyone!

We are three spanish flatmates (2 girls and me) and we're looking for the fourth flatmate..we would like to share our flat with english-speakers if it's possible because i just finished my erasmus in Budapest and i wanna improve my english as much as i can. In return, we're gonna be your crazy spanish teachers ;) 

About the flat: it has 4 separated bedrooms fully equipped, central heating, 2 complete bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 balcony as well. 

It is very well located in Calle Emperatriz Eugenia, one of the best areas of Granada in the city center, really close to Pedro Antonio (the best nightlife of the city) and many universities such as: Facultad de Ciencias, Facultad de Traductores, Facultad de Derecho, etc. and very well connected to other universities by bus. The price is 210€ each one plus common costs. (230-235€ ALL INCLUDED)

Hi, we are two spanish guys looking for two erasmus (if possible) flatmates.

The flat is a penthouse near Plaza Einstein (Martinez de la Rosa Street). Its 175 € community and central heating included. We have internet with wifi. Rooms are huge, so if you are interested send PM and will send u some more photos.

Whole year erasmus will have preference. We both speak English and I know a little french and german.

We are a 22 and 23 years old students of Granada University (we are waiting for a third Spanish roomate).
It is a lovely flat, very comfortable and light.It is the best one that we have seen in our 6 years living in Granada.
eatures: air conditioner, central heating, dishwasher, vitroceramic cooktop, 2 bathrooms, big fridge, internet, 28" tv...
It has 5 bedrooms but we want to use just 4 of them.
It´s situated in university area, 30 seconds walking from science college, 2 minutes from "botellodromo", 3 minutes from Granada´s pubs street and near a lot of supermarkets and bus stops.
We are looking for a friendly erasmus flatmate, non smoker, student and desire to get well and have a great year with us :)
Price 200€ (community taxes included).
