Always is better learn the language of the country. The problem in spain is that not many people speak english, in the universities of Andalucia a few proffesors speak english, What do you study? I think you have not problems if you study in the faculty of languages....

The best choice is Granada, of course, very cheap, good people, good landscapes, good weather all the year, good food, good parties....... the problem is the language in the universities, but all is possible to do.
