Spanish teacher with a master´s degree in "teaching Spanish as a foreing language" and more than three years of experience

¡Hola!, ¿cómo estás?

I’m Iñigo, I’m from Madrid, Spain, and I’m specialized in teaching Spanish. I´ve studied a master´s degree in teaching Spanish as a foreign language and currently I’m doing my thesis about it. I speak English, Chinese and Portuguese.

Since 2017 I’ve been teaching Spanish online and face-to-face as a private tutor. I did an internship at the Italian university of Padova, tutoring online a group of Italian students, and I also have a degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology and I’m at the third year of a degree in Spanish language and literature.

I’m very open, kind and warm and that’s what I think is the most important, the student must be in a comfortable environment and gain self-confidence.

I always try to teach applying the modern methods, seeing the language as a way to communicate, and not as a list of grammar rules and words. I always try to focus on the needs of the student: improving your speaking and listening skills, study for an exam, reading and writing… And I also use every kind of material: class books, movies, songs, or whatever the student wants to learn.
