Hey Francisca, at this stage I am just hoping to find somewhere to stay as it seems to be quite difficult. Then to meet peope and hopfully be sharing with young people who want to party etc. Also there is a madrid erasmus group on facebook...it wont allow the link but...

Hey Roisin im Irish aswell, going to study in UEM thou, a little outside the city. Try sites like idealista.com or aluni.net...any where central to the city seems to be nice, also places like Moncloa, Arquelles etc

Cork is great....as we are known 'the real capital' haha. Do you have any reccomendations of the best areas to stay in Madrid...I just want somewhere nice,with good parties and reasonably close to EUM??? :)
