175 € - Amazing flat in a beautifull zone !! (Universidades, Blasco Ibañez)

We are 2 spanish and 1 german students looking for a flatmate (doesnt matter guy or girl), if its posible english speaker to practice it, also u can learn spanish ! XD. There is a big and lighty flat, in a perfect place, just in a erasmus party zone (up to Caribbeans) and close to a bus and metro stop. The Universities stay at 5-10 minutes walking depending of it.It have 4 bedrooms, a big living room and kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We need an answer as soon as posible because we start in 1st of september ( this thursday ! ). We dont have photos cause the agency will give us the keys this week, but the flat is very nice!!, we stayed long time looking like u !, its better than the other more expensives .

Preferible people to stay 1 year.

The price is 175 per month !!

Hi. I'm going on the 5th of september and I need to find a place to stay. Will the flat be available for me to see it then? I'm only going to be staying for one year, and I'm half english and Spanish so we can talk in whichever language.
