¡Hola! Soy un chico ingles y voy a estudiar historia en Sevilla este año, quiero vivir con estudiantes españoles bastante cerca del facultad de historia. ¡Estoy muy emocionado para llegar en Sevilla y creo que será un año increíble! Creo que voy a alojarme en un hostal por la primera semana cuando llego, y buscar pisos compartidos en esta semana. Beautiful three bedroom apartment in Triana. Bedroom ppal. with double bed, the other two 90cm one with double bed and the other with 105cm. Completo.Cocina bathroom fitted ceramic hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, fryer, coffee. Living room with split air con, small terrace, kitchen with laundry. Tiled floor, white aluminum, wooden doors, stucco in living room and hall. It is fully equipped. You can walk to any point of interest of Sevilla, next to the Puente de Triana. Area surrounded by shops, tapas bars, restaurants, physicians, pharmacies, public transport (bus, bike, taxi, metro ...). Nearby you have a great gym. The area is excellent. Also rented for short breaks € 60.00 per night (on request: sheets and towels). Water and the community included in the monthly price, electricity every month usually about € 40.00 or € 45.00.

Hi, me and my two flatmates are looking for a fourth girl for our flat in Sevilla to stay the whole year. Two of us study engineering and one of us study Journalism and Audiovisual Communication. The flat is in the center of Sevilla, Calle Enladrillada 78, 2º. It is closed to the university (20min walking, but usually people take bikes or the bus). The room is an individual one , furnished and light (it has been already occupied by students). The price is 200 euros per month everything included (internet, water, etc.). Habitación disponible para el curso 2012/2013 DESDE febrero en piso compartido con 3 chicos y 1 chica de la Universidad de Sevilla. El piso consta de 170 metros cuadrados, 5 dormitorios amplios, dos cuartos de baño, cocina, buen salón y terraza exterior e interior, todo ello totalmente amueblado. El precio es de 190 Euros/mes, internet y luz aparte. El piso está ubicado en la calle Espinosa y Carcel, junto a la Avenida Ramón y Cajal, donde se encuentra el campus que alberga las facultades de Derecho, Económicas, Magisterio, Psicología... además de tener muy cerca enlaces de autobuses y metro para llegar a otros campus, así como a la Universidad Pablo de Olavide. En general, nuestra idea es de encontrar a un chico de habla inglesa pero no descartamos nada de momento así que si quieres mas información no dudes en enviarme un mensaje privado.

Estamos buscando un CHICO como compañero de piso. Nuestro piso està en calle San Clemente, que es un bloque con solos estudiantes erasmus. Nuestro piso en particular tiene 5 habitaciones y la nacionalidades son Italiana (un chico y yo), Alemana (una chica) y Cubana-Canadiense (una chica). La habitacion cuesta 310 euros todo incluido, menos la luz.
