Hello future students, I am a local czech student of history and I am searching for people who are going to study in Prague from September/October and would want to share a flat.
There is a huge amount of flats to choose from (unfortunately for you a lot of the adverts for flats are in czech) and I personally woud aim for something around 5 000Kč/person/month.
I can of course take care of the searching and negotiating stuff.
And I dont want to sound rude but I would like to live with people who dont want to party everyday, but instead go to Prague to actually study or do something useful (parties are to be cherished on special ocassions, that's what makes them parties, dont you think?). I would of course be delighted to help you with the local language, getting around etc.

Well, it's up to you. Personally, I do have some experience with our "lovely" dorms. The one that i lived in was considered as luxurious because homeless people didn't get inside to steal your stuff.

Thanks for the answer. I read it and I don't know what to think.. Anyway.. The most important in erasmus adventure are people, so: for me the most important in this blog is sentence: 'I do enjoy staying here. But that is because of the wonderfully friendly people here and fun-loving atmosphere' ;) I hope I can live without clear kitchen;D

That price for the room in Kubelikova is very expensive, I can rent you a whole flat for the same price.

My name is Hugo I'm living in Prague since 10 months ago. I finish my studies and actually I'm working here.
My flatmate and me are looking for some nice, comunicative and funny people that wanna share a flat with us. We don't wanna lose the Erasmus way of life and our jobs let us a lot of free time to travel and go partying. We're living in Jiriho z Podebrad, really close from city center by walk and 1 minute by walk from the metro station. If someone of you are interested, please contact us. I'm an incoming Erasmus student in Prague since the first week in October. I come from Spain and I'm 22. I'm going to study International Relations in Metropolitní Univerzita Praha MUP (Praha 10) for 9 months. I'm looking for an apartment (good price) and roommates not too far from the university. I'm student from Poland, Wroclaw acctualy. I'm 21. I come to Prague forom september till February. I'm as much exited as scared about that. I will stay at dormitory and now when I've read all about it I'm not sure about that idea, but I hope that it will be fine ;)
