For all those looking for flatshares (colocations) I'd suggest looking at appartager.com. It's where I found the ad for the flat i have now, but start looking cause it takes hoooooours on end!

Hi everyone!!
I'm now at Paris (I've arrived yesterday) and I don't meet anyone here and I don't know the city. I search for a flat but is really really difficult to get one. Well. I'm living at the moment in the 5e in an auberge. I hope I will meet some people who were here doing Erasmus.

Hello guys!!
This is to inform you:I found a flat thanks to an estate agent's. It is 60m2 near the Nation underground station. It would be to share it with 2 or 3 people and the flat is completely furnished (bed clothes, bathroom clothes, dinner service, wire tv, internet, HI-Fi stereo, fax, washing machine, dryer, etc.). It has 2 big rooms, a pretty big living room, a bathroom, a wc, a kitchen and a small terrace. The price is also to share with the flatmates: 1550 euros per month (775 euros for 2 people or 516 for 3). We would also pay 2 months of 'caution' (deposit) and also the estate agent's fees.
It is the best flat I could find by the moment, we can have it just now and we would have to leave it on june (last days of june).

Je suis Dani, un etudiant italien de 23 ans, ex erasmus, a paris depuis 3 ans. Je cherche une colocataire étrangere pour une colocation dans le 13eme dès que possible. C'est pour un chambre double tres grande, 20m2, a partager avec ma coloc Alex, etudiante americaine de 21 ans. L'appart est constitué d'une chambre individuelle (la mienne) une grandechambre double, cuisine, une petite entrée et salle de bain. Le prix du loyer est de 450 euros charges incluses avec un contrat regulier. Donc c'est bien possible demander la CAF/APL. Il y a d'internet et telephone.
