Opinions about living in a residence or a private apartment in Padua

Hello, 

I had an offer of accommodation at Residenza Galeno Ceccarelli. Does anyone know if this is a good place to live?
Or even if someone else had an experience in another student residence in Padua and could tell me how it was. I don't know what would be better between living in an apartment or in a residence!
