I had a problem with payment update

Good morning everyone!
I found a perfect room in Milan, the reservation was accepted by the owner, however there was an error in the payment and now I am having a lot of problems to update the payment. The site just doesn't work when I try to update. Has anyone here experienced the same thing or know how to solve it? I don't want to lose this reservation!!!
