I have an Accomodation in Cascais (Attachment in a family home) to rent, follow the dicription:
It is an attachment in family home to rent (maximum 3 persons). Located in Pampilheira, Cascais, very nice and quiet location, with some trade (coffee, restaurant, grocery, stationery, petrol station, market, schools etc.) and near the historic center of Cascais (beaches, malls, traditional shops, bars, nightclubs, supermarkets, transport and others).
We are 40 minutes by transport from Lisbon (Cais do Sodre) and 30 minutes from the Sintra's Village.
The apartment consists of a terrace, living room, 1 bedroom, 3 beds, 1full bathroom, fridge, microwave, cable television and internet access Wi-Fi. Wardrobe and private wc, including bed linen and bath, laundry and every bills is included.
Area 35 m2 / Max. Persons: 3 / Month: 600€ (negotiable). A deposit of €600 in cash is required on arrival, refundable upon departure.

Hi friends!! I'm going to stay in Lisbona from september to jenuary (maybe more!!!) for Erasmus to the Psycological department of University of Lisbona! Hello there!
I'm a Portuguese student living in a huge apartment in the center of Lisbon (between Saldanha/Arroios/Anjos) with 2 international flatmates (Hungarian and Slovak) and 1 Portuguese student.
Since my Erasmus flatmate is going away in the end of June, there will be a free room available from July until September - I am also looking for another Erasmus student who is looking for a place from September on.
The apartment has lots of space, 2 bathrooms, 4 rooms, a nice balcony and one big main living room.
The apartment is close to everything you might need (bus/metro/grocery store/market/supermarket) and the area is quite peaceful.
We have a relaxed and nice environment and we always share duties when it comes to cleaning, so no one ever has to work really hard on it. We also recycle.
Price is 280 per month (all expenses included, wireless internet as well). We own a laundry machine, so that's also a bonus for you!
Cleaning after yourself is a must - due to previous situations in the past, I feel the need to stress this. If you're not used to living in an apartment with other people - this means taking care of your own "mess", this place might not be suitable for you.
Since there are 2 locals living in the apartment, if we have time and availability, we would be more than delighted to show you around Lisbon/Sintra and give you basic tips to get around! There are several cool places which most Erasmus/foreign people don't have the chance to know and we would love to show them to you!
Other than that, we are friendly and easy-going and looking forward to meet new people and cultures. :)

My name is Victor and I will be at campogrande for my erasmus master placement .
I am 29. I like nature sports and going out ( en España decimos "de cañas")
I´m interesting in a flat with non spanish people to speak zero spanish.
My ideal room have 15m2 with window/balcony in a flat with +3 flatmates and 2 bath(important).

hey guys! I'm going to Lisbon for erasmus this August at Universidade tecnica de Lisboa first for the language course(August) and then for Erasmus in the architecture department(september-january) ! I will stay there for the winter semester. Is anyone studying or has studied architecture in utl too ?
I was also wondering if you have in mind any public or private university halls (where all the students live in the same building but in different rooms).

Hi there!
My and my flat mades we are looking for a person to share the flat. It's a big, with 5 rooms, 2 bath, kitchen, living room and a nice garden with lemon tree, orange, apple and a little space where the vegetable grow up. In the garden we have also an hamaca and a bbq.
All rooms have a big window.
We are young people 20-30 from different countries: Portugal, Spain (and I am Italian). I am a PhD student and the others are worker and students. I am also running a kind of cultural centre here in Lisbon.
The flat is located in Graça, a nice neighbor close to the castle. In our street we have all services and transport (in particular the tram n.28 that is the same of the movie Lisbon story)
We are looking for a flat made from July.
