Hi everybody!
I'm frensh too, and I will study in Leiden.
I'm looking for a collocation with many people 'cause I need to speak english ^^ so without frensh students (sorry Maïlys ^^).
So I will come in January 2013 so we don't have many time!
Please answer me if you are interested, I'm a very good roomate! And I can bring good cheese and wine ;)

Hi Klara! Yeah two flatmate at the moment! We can be more! Come on everybody ! (I might buy more cheese and wine...)I start to look for an accomodation but I don't know if the administrative process is the same than in France... I will see and I tell you later Klara.
And it's perfect if you don't speak any french, I don't want to be with french people ! ^^

yaay thanks, I try to do my best as well! :) maybe had better look for other roommates on facebook, there are like 3 groups for exchange students in Leiden 2012/13. have you tried it yet? I saw some people there looking for accomodation, although it was about 1,5 months ago... hmm well these groups are a bit too quiet.
have you tried student housing by the way?

Sorry for my late answer, I have too much work ><
So, I've seen the facebook groups but as you say, they are a bit too quiet :/ and I wasn't able to be accepted in these groups...
I've tried student housing but it's very too expansive, and I wasn't able to find an accomodation with many rooms, only single rooms, like accomodation with 18m² for more than 600€/month... Oo I can't exceed 500€/month...

We have found some accomodations with 5 room so we are looking for a 5th roomate :) Are you interested ?

I'm trying on Roofs Fundation, there are some dutch students going abroad who rent out their rooms, I found it when I went in Leiden in October, but I don't always get e-mail answers !

Hello!
I'm Rob, 21, from England and I have an internship in Katwiijk (not far from Leiden) from 15th June until 30th September. Is anyone else looking for an apartment to share around that time? Everything I can see is "Bed and Breakfasts" and I really don't want to stay in a B&B for 3.5 months!
It would be interesting to see if anyone else has an internship at ESTEC as well?!

Excellent, yeh I have got a room in Leiden from July to end of September. Still looking for somewhere to stay from 15th to 29th June though.
I'm working in TEC-EES (bit of a long department name to spell out here!), you must be leaving soon?
I guess you're at university? What do you study?

Your engineering school sounds interesting, very diverse! I'm just studying physics at Birmingham in the UK. In 2014 I should graduate with an MSci degree. I am taking all sorts of different modules though, from Galaxies and Planets to Quantum Physics and Nuclear reactors!
