Hi All,

I have graduated from Marmara University Tourism & Hotel Management section and currently working in Turkey's one of the biggest Online Travel Agencies as a Product DP executive.

I am living in a 1+1 flat and have a spacious room to rent. Its been a few months since i moved to here. Its in the basement floor but renewed to prevent humidty and air flow is good enough to freshen the rooms.

Its nicely decorated with new furnitures and also has air conditioning.

Flat has all necesarry appliances such as fridge, washing machine, 24 hours hot water , satellite tv , also 2 infrared heaters. Kitchen and bathroom is shared as you can guess (: I am currently using 3g internet connection. However, we can arrange wifi if necessary.

The only disadvantege is : Your room will have no furnitures.However, I would be happy to assist anyone on this matter.

Location :
Its on a very central location in Fındıkzade. You can see that its 3 mins walking distance for both bus station and tram station. Exact location can be seen with google maps coordinations : '' 41.011058,28.937473 ''. Its also 10 mins of walking distance to the nearest metro station at '' 41.017498,28.93905 ''
