Livin' la vida Erasmus!

Hi everyone :)

I'm studying mechanichal engineering on Cukurova University / Turkey. I will be in Technical University of Cluj on next February or March , but I have some question...

1- Lectures are all in English , are they ? In other words , I hope that teacher will not speak in Romanian when they teach :))

2-Transport. How is transportation network other countries?.. Can I doing entry and exit easily ?

3-Economic. Can I make a living with 400 Euros a month ?
