We rent a big single room in Via Todaro, Bologna center, close to station, university, supermarkets... The room is very confortable: 2 desks, 2 bookcases and built-in wardrobe. The appartment is furnished with internet, washing machine, dishwasher, living room, kitchen, big bathroom, terrace. The price is bills included.

 I'm looking for those who occupy the two bedrooms apartment The room includes: beds, study table, chairs, shelves, wardrobe, drawers, wi-fi signal included in the rent. Common areas: bathroom with washing machine, kitchen with kitchenette, 2 balconies, hall, wi-fi modem.The room is 450euros per month each.All utilities included(Electricity, water,internet access, waste disposal and gas)and you are going to pay 450euros for deposit.This will be refunded to you at the end of your stay in my apartment

Via Cesare Boldrini, 25 40121 Bologna. is located in Bologna city center a few steps away from the train station and in strategic position to reach the most important tourist attractions of the city.a few steps from the railway station and within walking distance of the main shopping area.

I like reading, writing, fine arts, movies, sports, cooking and I don't mind to go for a pint now and then either. In my flat I like things rather clean without being fussy and I'm quite easy going.
