To  girl students, smoking / not smoking, spacious and bright single room, in an apartment located in the city center, (a few steps from the Faculty of  Economics) in via Indipendenza number 24.

The apartment is very much near to the Erasmus students’ building.

We rent for a period of only five months (from February to June 2012, inclusive).

However, if necessary, we can increase the period to six or seven months, including July and/or August.

The apartment is on the second floor and has:

·        2 bathrooms;

·        1 kitchen;

·        1 living room consists of 2 sofa- beds;

·        4 singles, 3 of which are already occupied by three other girls;

·        Washer;

·        Internet access and phone.

The single room has a double bed, large wardrobe, a large desk and a bookstore.
The cost of a single is 240 euro per month, excluding fees.

Nearby Services:

Bus stops at Piazza Cavour, a few meters from the area. Among the stops are:

·        46 bus : take you to the faculty of engineering, science and agriculture, in less than 10 minutes.

·        letters bus: take you to the faculty of  medical in just over 10 minutes.

·        ¼ bus:  runs all the way around the city and can reach the station.
