Stretching Flexibilität ,spagat ,Love you Body

My Name is Lena and I’m from Ukraine and now working in Germany.I’m professional ballet dancer and I won’t show you my stretching flexibility lesson,because I love to help different people .
I want to teach students to love their body to be able to handle it properly so that it is healthy, I think this is very important.
