The Master Program in Export and International Business Management is designed and promoted by GEMA Business School and is a modular postgraduate program designed to train a new generation of Export managers and International marketing managers, able to drive companies and businesses to expand their market shares in international markets by:
- increasing the number of countries where products/services are sold, especially in fast growing markets;
- increasing the number of product/service lines sold in international markets in tune with the structure of local demand;
- adopting new distribution strategies to get “closer to the customer” in international markets (e. g. commercial branches, joint venture, local production).
It is designed preferably for graduates in Economics, Social sciences and scientific subjects of any country wishing to become Export manager or International marketing manager. GEMA Faculty Members, Visiting Professors and Guest Speakers from International business context will hold all the training activities (lectures, class exercises, online sessions, homework, researches, assignments, project works, etc. ) in English language.

Internship
The internship will allow you to continue your preparation starting with experience in a company where you put into practice everything you have learned in classes. Each student is in fact guaranteed to carry out an internship in compliance with current legislation in major national, multinational and consultancy companies. The internship opportunities are carefully selected to ensure the effectiveness of the training objectives related to the aims of the Master’s program. Over time, the list of partner companies of GEMA Business School is constantly being expanded with new organizations selected for reliability.
Internship and Placement
Upone request, it is possible to purchase the Internship module of the programme, a crucial part of it because in this phase every single student must effectively face the business environment, essentially test his/her competencies “on the job” and successfully complete the training process.
The intern will be employed (for an internship project of three months) in Italian companies, multinational firms or business consulting agencies.
All the internship opportunities are carefully selected on specific requirements like the company reliability, the training value of the project and its probable conversion in a real working experience at the end of the internship period.
Moreover, GEMA Placement Office will continuously monitor the implementation of the internship project to control and guarantee the proper completion of the training Programme.
