Programm Beschreibung
The Full-time Master’s Degree Programme in Business Administration is an intensive programme that enables participants to develop a business strategy that includes creativity, international orientation, ethics and social responsibility, and to face the new challenges of worldwide leaders.
The MBA programme represents the unique opportunity to develop fine-tuned skills and adopt a creative approach to business practices, in order to push back the traditional boundaries of doing business.
Target audience
The Programme is open to students from around the world who wish to achieve a crucial managerial specialisation developing skills, competencies and a high self-awareness to succeed in the global economy.
The Programme is designed for young professionals with at least 3 years of work experience, middle-managers and C-level who want to gain valuable tools to grow new business ideas, understand social issues and develop the ability to create change.
Diploma and ECTS
The Full-time MBA is a Degree Programme equivalent to “Master Universitario di I livello” in accordance with the Italian university system. It provides students with at least 60 ECTS – European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System. At the end of the Programme, the Master’s Diploma “Master Universitario di I livello” will be conferred to participants who have passed exams or others assessment tests envisaged in the study program.
Curriculum
The Full-time MBA curriculum provides a multichannel approach that combines digital pills and discussing cases in the classroom to foster collaborative learning among students. The 12-month programme structure includes Core Disciplinary Areas, Electives, and a Field project along with Learning labs, Coaching programme, Career Service activities and International experience.
