It is 10 min walking from the Universidad de Medicina y from the Universidad de derecho. It is 20 min walking from the campus of the Universidad of Valladolid (10 min by bus, bus stopped located 2 min from the flat).

There is TV, microwave, fridge, washing machine and internet connection in the house.
