i rent a room in august-september for singlee days (15€)

Hi, we are a Spanish boy and a Polish girl living together in completely reformed flat in Alfalfa. We are looking for preferably foreign students (because we have very good experience from the last two years).
We have one vacant room only for august. The price is 300 € each month. WE DO NOT ASK FOR DEPOSIT. We rent also for weeks, or even some days (15€ single days).
The flat is on the third floor with elevator. It´s situated on Plaza Alfalfa, five minutes walking from the Cathedral (that is in the center of Seville). Three minutes walking there are three stations of public bicycles. On the same street there is a supermarket DIA (that is the cheapest one) and two streets of distance there are other two supermarkets.

In the neighborhood there are a lot of bars and pubs, where they go out especially foreign people.

The flat is just great; the kitchen has dishwasher, oven, Thermomix, etc. We have ADSL Internet with wifi, big television of 32 " and huge sofa. We have a small balcony where we hang out wet clothes and have planted basil, mint, peppers and parsley.

All the rooms, the kitchen, the living room and the baths have windows that’s why the flat is very light. Also we have central air conditioning for the summer hot. There is as well a terrace in the roof with a view to the Giralda.
We are having great time together, we are in the habit of doing dinner all together (almost always with a bottle of wine) and then to see some movie or just talk. We like to cook a lot, last year we were making fish and vegetarian meals because the girls were vegetarian, but every Monday the boys always were cooking meat.
during the weekends in summer we often go to the beach in Huelva or Cadiz, taking some food and doing picnic and enjoying the weather.

we smoke but only in the kitchen or in the balcony, so if you don´t smoke we will respect that.

Concluding, for sure you will enjoy living with us. We all speak English, so if you don’t speak Spanish at the beginning we will help you.

my name is Thomas, and i am a danish citizen, i recently went erasmus to Italy, and fell in love with a spanish girl there. I myself graduated a few months ago, but she has to finish her studies in sevilla (8 months to go). And i decided to move with her, and learn spanish.

As a result of this are we looking an appartment in sevilla. We looking for a appartment just for the 2 of us, but are also open for living with others.
