Hello!
We are three spanish girls who rent a shared room. We studied in Lumsa University. The apartment has a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms (two single and one shared), two bathrooms, terrace, air conditioning, heating, without internet.
The flat is at Via Cipro near to the metro.
The shared room price is 433 expenses included.

I'm coming to Rome at the end of the month but I havent'n found yet any accomodation near to my academy. 
I'd like to living in some place between Nomentana Street and Bologna Square, or Tirburtina also!

Hello everyone!

My name is Thom and I'm from Utrecht, the Netherlands. I plan on moving to Rome as soon as possible to start work on my MSc thesis! Since I'm not an official Erasmus student it seems I don't have direct access to the university housing... So I would greatly appreciate any help in finding a room :) I will be working in Roma Tre and I don't need much, except I'd like to live with some other people :)

Se alquilan las dos plazas de una habitación doble situada en el barrio de San Lorenzo. El piso esta a 5 min de la universidad La Sapienza y a 10 min de la estación de Termini (Linea A y B). Hi, we rent a double room in via Raffaele Cadorna. Termini station and other metro stations (Castro Pretorio and Reppublica) are situated just at 10 min from the appartment and the center is located at 15/20 min by foot. The price is 350 euros.
