About application Riga technical university

 hello everybody.

I am student at yıldız technical university in istanbul.I am studying about electrical engineering.I will come to riga next year.But today I try to do online application and I faced some kind of problems.I checked out school course list 2015-2016 and there is only a few course.I need 60 ECTS at least but there is no enough course.İs there anybody who can help me?
