Hey guys! I am not Erasmus but am 21, originally from the UK and have been working here for a year. Last year I lived with Italian Erasmus (good times)  but as I am not playing rugby this year, I have not had the chance to meet many new students!  it would be awesome if you could get in touch, especially if from the UK. As I am desperatly missing last years party scene!

Hi :) I'm not an erasmus student (my graduation is 4 years behind me) , but I am looking for english speakers. My spanish is decent, but at some point I'd like to make some english-speaking friends in Las Palmas that do not work during week-days. Also my vocabulary is that of a 9 year old :/ I'm a graphics designer / documentary photographer and hence have the day free, but work in the evening often!

I'm not much of a party-guy (did I just type that on an Erasmus forum ?;). I enjoy hiking/mountainbiking/exploring/the sun+the sea, good food, shopping (sshht..), art/museums and an intellectual conversation as much as just chit-chatting, irony, sarcasm and randomness.

I will be moving to las palmas in june to be an au pair as part of my third year abroad (im currently at leeds met university in the UK) be nice to be able to meet some other english speakers for when i arrive as i dont want to be stuck inside all the time!!

I think it's great that you're all coming out here! (I did apply for au pairing too at one point but then I found a job as a Teacher). I am Krystyna from Poland. I live in Poznan. I am graduate of Law in Adam Mickiewicz University. Next year I would like to go to Spain for Erasmus.(maybe in University in Las Palmas I dont know yet). I learn Spanish.

Where do you study in Poland? In which city? What do you stydy?

I love Canary Islans, I was 3 times in Fuerteventura and practicing windsurfing.
