Hi,

 I am living in a 2+1 room apartment and all rooms are almost fully-furnished.  I am living in one of the rooms and want to rent the other one. Location is very close to the sea side (5 min. on foot). It takes almost 15 min to İstanbul Technical University by bus and 30 min to Boğaziçi University.  It takes about 45 min to İstanbul University, Beyazıt. If you are studying in Koç University, Galatasaray University or Bahçeşehir University  it is also fine for you. All Erasmus students are well come. Rental fee is 300 euro (bills and wifi included).

I am sharing my beautiful flat in Balat, one of the most charming and historical neighborhoods of the city. It is in a very cenmtral location as it is very close to the main transportaion routes. It is close to Ayvansaray University, Kadir Has University, Istanbul Bilgi University, Istanbul University, and Bezmialem University.
