Visa for Erasmus Student

Hello guys,

I'm Mega Lestaari Abadi. I'm studying in Turkey and I will go to Portugal for Erasmus+ Program next semester, insyaallah. But I have some situationhere, I'm Indonesian, I'm not Turkish. I want to make my visa in my country, Indonesia. But the university who send me to Erasmus+ Program is in Turkey. I asked to the embassy in Indonesia then, they said yes, I can make my visa in indonesia. But they said, better if i ask the embassy in Turkey before. I can't reach the embassy of  Portugal ih this time because its mean i need go to another city. I was make a call and send a email but they didnt give me an answer. So, what should i do? Did you guys have some problem with me? Please sharing with me.
