New in Berlin

Hey! I\'m Tiago, from Portugal, and I recently arrived in Berlin, to be part of the Leonardo da Vinci programme.

I\'ve been here for about a week and a half, and my life basically consists of going to the internship, where I\'m the only international intern, being at home or wandering through the city alone...and that\'s starting to be really depressing! I\'m used to be around a lot of people, and here I\'m feeling really lonely. So I thought about using this site to try and meet some nice people, having the same experience as me.

I did Erasmus last year in Antwerp, and over there we had the local ESN, which was a great way to meet other Erasmus/Leonardo people, and all the places cool to hang out. I tried to find a similar organization here in Berlin, but I haven\'t found none. So please tell me the places where Erasmus/Leonardo people usually hang out, or contact me directly, and let\'s go out for a coffee or a beer! Hey!

I was wondering if you have heard of the website http://www.toytowngermany.com/ It has lots of english speakers from all across the world who are currently living in Berlin.

They have Thursday evening drinks with people from all ages. They also have cycling groups, photography groups etc, so you can even find people with the same interests as you!
