Trondheim accomodation and job

Hi everyone, i'm new here ! My name is Mikel and i come from Bayonne, south-west of France near spain. I'll be studying at Trondheim in Economics and i have a few questions !

I've seen that there was a special kind of house for student and i'd really really like to be in it, i'd like to know what website do i have to check to access to this houses or is it only in relation with the university ?

Besides i'd like to have some feedback or informations about students job, the general life cost is expensive and i may have to work if i don't want to ask any money to my parents ! But i'd also like to enjoy my year and i wouldn't want a full time job, if someone knows more about it thank you !
