Critical Informaiton Needed

Hi all,

Hope you are good. First, Let me introduce myself. I am Usman Ijaz, a computer science grad, in Lahore,Pakistan, currently working in The Resource Group as an analyst software engineer.
Well, I am offered admission in EIT ICT Labs for my masters in Distributed Systems and Services. First year is to be taken from University of Rennes 1. 
I am thinking of accepting the offer. But some information if you can share can make me more confident in my decision. 
Firstly, what is the corporate culture there? Companies are opened to Non-EU English speaking graduates or not?I am a technical IT resource, so what you see about the job prospects for me in France?

Secondly, How big is the language issue? For getting a good job, French is mandatory or a plus point??Without any doubt, I am planning to learn French, but I can not be as much fluent as french people are in an year or so. So what you think about this issue.

Thirdly, part time jobs? I hope that I am allowed 20 hours/week so what are the options available, which can be achieved, easily.
As I am a computer science grad, can I get some reasonable job or as a student I will have to do some dirty stuff. What are the reasonable part time options for English speaking students there?

Fourthly, what is the average per month expenses?

Fifthly, having a driving license can be benefit in any area??

Sixth, what kind of loans available for non-eu students in France?

I know these are a lot of questions but your response will be a great help for me
