Is there someone who try the online application form on up.pt ?

Yes, I take a few weeks trying.. They sent me an email saying that "Unfortunately it is not possible to access and create the application form at the moment. Please note that our informatics system is currently undergoing maintenance so unfortunately. We are expecting the system to be in working order as soon as possible" but this was in middle of October and today still doesn't work...
