I know that some universities want language level to accept foreign students in Erasmus program. Is Aix Marseille Université wants any french language level to accept students? (for example A2 level)

Hi! I'm Maja form Ljubljana. I need little help from you...next academic year i'm going on erasmus in france... i have 2 choices : Le Havre and Marseille.
I can't decide where to go, so I would be glad if you tell me your opinion about both cities (appearance of city, people, landscape, university etc.)?
