Hi Ana, in case you had not found something suitable yet...

I am renting a bright & newly refurbished 110m2 flat in via Vittorio Emanuele/via Trieste area, steps away from lines 4-14-20-17 bus stops, walking distance to Piazza della Liberta' (5 minutes), Duomo (20 minutes). Grocery stores, supermarket and a colourful street market are litterally downstairs. Museo Stibbert, Villa Fabbricotti and Giardino dell'Orticoltura parks are around the corner. Pleasent bars, restaurants and pizzerias are in the area.

The flat is on the 5 floor (do not worry, there is an elevator!) and features:

- three double bedrooms
- living area with queen size sofa bed (good if you have guests around);                                                                                                                   - separate good size eat-in kitchen with terrace;                                                                                                                                                          - bathroom with tub & shower;                                                                                                                                                                                      - storage room/ironining room.

The "master bedroom" has a queen size (160cm large) bed, the other two rooms have prince size beds (120cm large). Beds and mattress are new (never used). I can add single beds if requested.

The flat is equipped with wi-fi, 32in LED HD TV set, hi-fi DVD player (home cinema), compact hi-fi cd player, digital radio, washing machine, fridge/freezer (of course), ironing facilities, vacuum cleaner, two bikes (there is a storage room in the bulding's lobby) if requested, kettle & toaster if requested.

The rent is euro 1330 per month and includes heating, internet no limits and calls to Italian landlines and some international landlines (including Portugal!). Other utilities (electriicty, water, cooking gas), you pay what you use. Please let me know if you are interested. Good luck!

Sono di Padova, ma probabilmente mi trasferirò a Firenze, se passo il test d'ammissione il 19 ottobre alla Scuola Italiana per Il Turismo. Cerco una singola in centro oppure verso sud, con max 2-3 coinquilini. 

Se iul test dovesse andar bene mi traferirò a Gennaio....

Se sapete di una camera bella fatemi sapere!!
