Hi , I have an Apartment for renting

The apartment includes:

- Living/sitting and dining room together with eating table, chairs, desk, sofa, cable TV and radio/CD player.

- Two bedrooms:

•         One bedroom with a single bed, desk, pantry and place for an extra bed;

•         One bedroom with two single beds.

Both bedrooms have chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, duvets, pillows and blankets.

- One Bathroom with shower and pantry.

- One Kitchen fully equipped with tableware and cutlery, electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, electric mixer, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

- Patio with washing basin.

-There is wireless internet access and  electric heating for winter time.

The apartment is located at a walking distance of the main sightseeing places; 15 minutes walking from city center,1 minute walking from several bus stops and less than 10 minutes from the subway (Marquês and/or Lapa Stations); close to supermarkets ( Continente, Pingo Doce), pharmacies, banks, bakeries; near to several Universities and has an easy accessibility to get in and out of town.

The rent is EUR 450,00 per month and you must pay two months in advance (first and last month). Also paying a guarantee of EUR 500,00 which you will get back at the end of the contract if there is no damage.

Hello. I have a room for rent which is located in Oporto Downtown near of Palacio da Bolsa, about 7min from Metro and railway station of São Bento.

The apartment is all equipped and comfortable for your stay. There are also bedlinen and towels in the room. The apartmente has Wi Fi Free Internet, kitchen and balcony and is next to a grocery shop, fresh bread, coffee and restaurants.

It's a big single room, but it can be turn on into a double room, also with private bathroom.

Hi to all prospective Erasmus students,

I have two rooms to rent near Hospital São João, about 10 minutes way by foot. That's the biggest porto campus, and includes most of the faculties - FMUP, FMDUP, FEUP, ISEP, FADEUP, FEP, etc. The house is located nearby, but in a calm residencial area. Several bus lines pass by it, almost all of the city is accessible without having to change bus lines. Both rooms are furnished and have been occupied since the beginning of the school year. One of them will be left on February 9th (by a Erasmus student) and the other on February 15th, possibly earlier. There is also the chance the remaining room of the house, which has two beds, will be available sometime in the next month.

The rent - 175/individual bedroom, 250/double bedroom or 600/whole house - includes expenses with water, energy and internet. The house is furnished and equiped, with an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, fridge and washing machine, and has a spacious backyard.
