I've been investigating around and I think you might get the SNCF from the airport, anyway, there's a fb page about Erasmus students going to Orléans this course: ESN Orléans (this forum doesn't let me sen the link, I don't know why). There's quite a lot info there and you can also ask any doubt.

Martin, I've been also confirmed a room in Chataigiers/Roses, and I did what you did, send the "proposition de logement" filled and the copy of the bank transfer, so I guess they're about to send you an email confirming your room there. If not, I would recomend you to email them asking if there's something wrong.
