I have a room,

young professional in the mid twenties rents a room in the heart of Vistalegre. The appartment has 3 rooms, you can choose the one you want from the two available ones, although I wouldnt mind being just two and have a spare room for visitors or whatever. The appartment has just been renovated so all the furniture is new. Its a 4th floor with elevator, air conditioning and a lot of light. There is a Dia supermarket in the same street and a Mercadona one 5 minutes away. Its a nice area and not noisy at all. It is also close to the bus stop, the streetcar and a short walking distance to the city center.
Im a female who works at the University of Murcia. Responsible, clean, friendly, easy going and flexible. I have lived abroad several times and understand how being in a different country can be. I also speak a little bit of German and understand some French.
Looking for someone in the same age range or worker or student in the last course/PhD with a similar lifestyle. Responsible, clean, easy going and flexible. I want a good atmosphere over all.

I RENT a flat to a ERasmus people. If you want a flat near to Merced University (you only spend 12 minuts walking to get there) or if you wanna go to Espinardo you can take the bus number 39 JUST IN FRONT OF THIS FLAT. The flat is new!! and you can see when you want. Its is big and light and what is more : you have a big terrace . It is very very nice.

Alquilo piso en la Flota. PISO NUEVO.Avenida Don Juan de Borbón. Cerca de la Merced. La tienes a diez minutos andando. O si vas para el campus de Espinardo coges el bus 39 JUSTO ENFRENTE DEL PISO. Está muy bien. Tiene terraza. Es muy luminoso. Compartirás el piso CON OTROS ERASMUS. ¿Qué mas se puede pedir?

Hi, I'm Ela and I'm going to Murcia in January. I was wondering if it is better to look for a place to stay when i get there or should I apply for the "help in finding acommodation" that the university there is having. I am curious how others did.

hi ela! I suppose it's better to look for here in erasmusu (I found my home by this way) o qhen u arrives. if u write here i'm sure you will find a lot of people searching someone who live with, because of the people that will go away when u'll arrive. good luck for everything!

I come to Murcia in february. I study sports (ciencias del deporte y de la actividad fisica) and think that I'm going to live in San Javier... is that right?? Maybe someone knows a website where I could look for rooms to rent or maybe also an apartment where a room gets free...?!
I'm very excited and I'm looking forward to this semester!!

Hi!,
I rent a room in Avenida Don Juan de Borbón. The apartment has 4 brightly rooms, 2 bathrooms (one of them ensuit) and 1 toilet. Big living room, kitchen and laundry. (patio de luces) All bills are included: internet, gas, light, water and community.
In 13 min walking you reach La Merced University (the town center). Also the are 1 tram stop and 1 bus stop to take you to the Espinardo Universty or whenever you want :) Also there are close to the flat: banks, shops, pharmacy, centro salud..

Alquilo habitación en piso de estudiantes en Juan de Borbón. Piso de 4 habitaciones, 3 baños, gran salón comedor, cocina con despensa y patio de luces. Una de las habitaciones tiene baño individual. Todo exterior muy luminoso.A 13 min andando esta el campus de la MERCED, centro ciudad. El piso está cerca de bancos, supermercados, centro de salud y polideportivo La Flota. Al salir está la parada de tranvía y autobús que suben al campus de Espinardo,tiendas o donde quieras ir ;). Todas las facturas: luz,agua, gas, comunidad e internet están incluídas. I wanted to know if someone can tell me if "el patio marqués de corvera" is a nice place to live in Murcia? Is it near the places where we have fun (bars etc) and not too far from the Espinardo campus?
