Hi everybody!!! Do you need house stuff for your new life in Leuven??
I would like to sell a house pack, all the necessary to complete your place.
Almost new, everything has been use just for 10 month.

Hi everyone this is mia,
i am looking for an apartment to rent alone and i came across to one i liked a lot , ( comparing the other apartments in Leuven )
it looks like brand new and very sunny. but i cannot rent it:(
if you have any suggestions to me please , it will be very much ppreciated.

Hi everybody!!

I am living in Leuven and I know a kot which is getting available in February 2012. The room is great for a erasmus, rent 230 a month + bill (which should be around 50€ per month).

Room description:
18 m²
Sink
Double bed
Desk, chair, cupboard.
Iluminate and spacious room.
Room in 1st floor.

House description: 2floors house
6 rooms in total
Kitchen
dinning room
2 showers, 3 toilets.

The house location is very convinient, due to the fact that is 5 min from everywhere!  It's near Maria Theresiastraat and Tiensestraat.

I think that it's getting available by the 15th-16th February. 

I will keep you up date if you are interest guys! I highly recommend you to join in a Cantus in Leuven if you have the chance. It's a MUST!

Hey all,

I just put an ad up for a room to rent if anybody is still looking....

I have a room to rent in my house for the wonderfully cheap price of 350 euros per month.

Included in the house you get: it almost fully furnished apart from the room, a fun and bubbly flatmate who likes a good balance of adventure and relaxation, a garden with veggies and salad to eat, BBQ's every time the sun comes out and a nice community feel with our neighbours.

Its on a small pedestrain street just off Ierse Predikherenstraat so its car free and super quiet. The additional costs for internet/electricty and gas are only about 30/40 euro per month. The contract is yearly and run's up until the end of September and can be easily renewed. The landlord is chilled and only drops around if we need something.
