Exactly! I have the same question. Is there any chance to study there without knowing spanish language?
Angelica Picon Foi escrito há 11 anos
hi I'm a student in Las Palmas, if you plan to come from Erasmus are advised to have a minimum of Spanish as most of the classes are in Spanish. If you need help you can ask me, regards and good luck!

Hello everybody. I'm a canary. I don't rent a flat, I only a student, i read your comments. I recommend a flat in "Mesa y López" or "Las Canteras". Why? Because, the university is far than the city, than the parties.... If you live in university(residences or house near), you can near the university but you will move for buy foods, go parties, visit the city....etc
If you live in "Mesa y lópez" or around, that place have a lot of bus stop, and you can stay in university in 10 min. The bus cost 1,20... but you can buy a "bono" which is cheaper...
Good luck, if everyone have a question contact with me!

Hi everybody!
For the next full academic year I'm also going to be in Las Palmas and I was wondering if it's better to wait and take chances to find a flat during the welcome week or already get everything settled before.
Nadi Nurimova Foi escrito há 11 anos
Alessandro, I also have the same question, and I think it's better to reserve in advance as all the good places might be booked later. But I am currently not sure which location would be most suitable
MoOnica Aguiar Foi escrito há 11 anos
The location most suitable, is a flat "Mesa y López", "Obelisco", or "Las Canteras".... Good luck
