Some doubts - Planning erasmus for 2012/2013

Good Afternoon,

I'm planning to make erasmus next year but I have some questions:

• Anyone know if i can choose a different subject besides the ones in the study plan listed on the erasmus page (http://www.uca.es/web/estudios/planes_estudio/jerez/index_html)
• There are some subjects that doesn't appear in that link
• Is the evaluation in Spanish or English?
• Anyone has a contact inside the university because no one is answering my emails even the Tourism coordinator doesn't answer is phone or emails.

I'm studying Tourism in the Azores, Portugal and i am planning to go to the same area in Jerez but i wanted to make 1 or 2 subjects that aren't on the plan that I have mentioned before.
