we're 3 erasmus flatmates, who offered one DOUBLE ROOM for the spring semester in Kadikoy . This flat have 3 bedrooms , one kitchen , one bathroom, one balcon and big hall and lunch room.Include heating, washine machine, wash dishes.

Is situated 10 minutes by walking to the center of kadikoy ; also 15 minutes by walking to the ferry and bus station. 

Of course the house is furnished. Is situated in front of the METROBUS station of Sogutlecesme (the most important transport in Istanbul). Wi-fi conection included. 

The prize is 550TL with BILLS INCLUDED

We are a family of 3. Father 40+ English-Turkish bilingual, mother 30, and always smiling daughter of 7 years. Daughter is attending to a French School. This year she started Cours Elémentaire 1 CE1

The father is a businessman and involved in international trade, partner in a Foreign Trade Company, Medical products, travels a lot to China, Europe, USA.

We would like to rent our room to a French Female (ONLY) student from France, Belgium, Switzerland. We are very friendly, open-minded people. You can reach 4 shopping malls within walking distance. The apartment is located at the city center. 6 min by Underground to Taksim square. Etiler is considered as the best place to live in Istanbul. Please keep in mind that this is not a student flat, but a family apartment.

We have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room and these are common areas in the apartment. Limitless Wi-Fi, Cable TV and hot water for showering are 7/24 available. We have a large fridge, wash machine, dishwasher, microwave, tea/coffee machine, toaster, oven, pans, pots, etc. available for common use of people residing in the flat. In the room there is a single bed, curtains and a wardrobe. We will also provide sheets, pillow, pillow cover, quilt and blankets with covers and if necessary for extra pillows, etc. As for the general organization and cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom, it's taken care by us.
