Well, triple is cheaper because i think the price is by person, so do the math Clément. By the way it is too expensive i think. But the flat you have found seems really nice except its distance which is not too important of course if there is an easy way of transportation to university.

Oh, i have just seen on the web page that there is a bus stop really close to the flat. This is good, very good!

I didn't saw your answer immediatly because it was on page 2... Anyway I will go to Ciudad Real in car (from South of France it's long but possible), so transport it's not a problem for me. (And oil is less expensive in Spain than France).

When I'll get information for this flat I'll tell you. Or transfering the e-mail. 

Yeah it's why I didn't understood it's too expensive if it is what we understood.

No, I get any answer. I started to worried but my coordinator tell me not to.

the residence its not really expensive if u think , in a flat u must pay food , water, internet,.. if u want a gym too and u dont worry about  nothing and u know a lot of people and always someone can help u  . its really a good choice if u only want have fun and study

I'm going to study in Ciudad Real a complete year and I would like to find 2 others persons to share a flat (two girls or a girl and a boy). We are two girls, aged 22, and ADE students seek a roommate for the second quarter.

The flat is very bright, warm for winter, large sedan and very welcoming. The total price is 500 euros per month, which paid 166 euros each, the price is including the community and the heating (central). The cost of electricity and water have to be paid separately.

The apartment is situated at No. 58 Toledo, near the Plaza of Spain, the rector and the university of law and ADE.

Yo soy Erasmus francesa en CR desde septiembre, vivo con 2 españoles y una otra erasmus que solo se quedo el primer cuatrimestre. Asi tenemos una habitacion libre desde el principio de febrero, muy bien situado (centro de ciudad, cerca de la zona de fiesta (!!) y de la universidad tambien) y un precio atractivo !
