Speak Portuguese and learn about the culture of the Portuguese-speaking world

Olá, everyone!
My name is Ângelo and I’m from Lisbon, Portugal.
For the last 15 years I’ve been teaching Portuguese and Spanish as a second or foreign language for different purposes: professional, academic, etc.
I spent the last 5 years working as a Portuguese language trainer at the local UNHCR partner, Portuguese Refugee Council. A very challenging and enriching experience.
About my education: I’ve got a master’s degree in Portuguese Studies and a postgraduate certificate in Teaching Portuguese as a Second or Foreign Language. Currently, I’m a PhD student and I’m developing a Portuguese Language method for a Portuguese editor.
My teaching style is based on the communicative approach and sociocultural content. Although I’m flexible and I can adapt to student needs.
