The flat is situated in Calle Sant Columbà, 9. Close to the Polytechnic University and Valencia University. Its takes only 15 min to go the beach. Goods connections, 110m2- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, washing and dry machine, microwave etc... ). 1 living room with 37'' tv and big sofa etc.. and a terrace.
We are a young couple and we are looking for two people flatemates.
The price for room is 200€ per month.
Internet, electricity, gas, water supply = 60€ (aprox. )
